Taxation Journal supports a technical and social forum for tax professionals on our Tax Support website. Membership of the forum is free although we reserve the right to remove any forum members from the forum or debates or delete or edit posts that are inappropriate.
Please observe the conditions of registration which are mainly to keep the site pleasant to use.
Taxation Journal or any of it's associates or other titles accept no responsibility for any posts on the Forum and posts belong to the contributing member. The more members that are active posters on the forum the more useful it will be as a support medium. There are some interesting recent posts regarding Jones v Garnett (Artic Systems) and S660A (in the Investigations section) and a number of useful posts since this pilot project was launched.
The forum is intended to be a members support network and although we keep an eye on the forum we do not guarantee to answer posts made by members. Members generally should help each other.
